Improve Service Quality: Support the reduction of incident rates through root-cause analysis, problem management, and automation. Support Incident Resolution: Work with first-line operations and technical support to improve service recovery times and resolve customer issues. Maintain Service Levels: Maintain or improve existing service levels during changes and service transitions. Engage with Customers: Communicate with customers through meetings, email, phone, and conference calls, providing a high level of customer service. Contribute to Delivery Planning: Participate in internal weekly planning meetings and contribute ideas for projects. Promote Continuous Improvement: Monitor developments in cloud technology and recommend improvements to working practices. Follow Operational Standards: Follow operational standards, procedures, and best practices while promoting consistency across the team.
