Ihre Aufgaben Produktionsleitung: Sie verantworten die operative Steuerung und Organisation unserer Fertigung und stellen einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf hinsichtlich Qualität, Terminen und Effizienz sicher. Mitarbeiterführung: Sie führen und entwickeln unser kleines, eingespieltes Team aus Produktion, Administration und Lager und sorgen für eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit. Produktionsplanung und ERP: Sie koordinieren Fertigungsaufträge, überwachen Produktionsprozesse und übernehmen bei Bedarf selbst operative und administrative Aufgaben im ERP-System. Prozessoptimierung: Sie analysieren bestehende Arbeitsabläufe, identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale und setzen praxisnahe Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Produktivität und Qualität um. Standortentwicklung: Sie bringen eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Fertigung, zur Optimierung von Arbeitsplätzen und zur zukünftigen Kapazitätsplanung ein. Schnittstellenmanagement: Sie arbeiten eng mit den Bereichen Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf und weiteren internen Ansprechpartnern zusammen. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker, idealerweise in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. Alternativ ein technisches Studium mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, idealerweise in der Elektronikfertigung, Gerätefertigung oder industriellen Montage. Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitern sowie ein kooperativer, klarer und lösungsorientierter Führungsstil. Gute Kenntnisse in der Produktionsorganisation, Fertigungssteuerung und im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen. Technisches Verständnis und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie die Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf selbst im operativen Tagesgeschäft mitzuarbeiten. Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen, beispielsweise mit Lean-Methoden oder 5S, ist von Vorteil. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
