This is a senior leadership role with broad scope: you'll oversee a global office portfolio, and oversee a seasoned team that runs internal and external events. Responsibilities

Lead strategy and day-to-day operations for a multimillion-dollar portfolio of 14 offices in 12 countries, including leasing, build-outs, vendor management, and space planning

Ensure all offices reflect our culture, meet safety and compliance standards, and scale with our growth

Partner with Finance and Legal on real estate decisions, renewals, and expansions

Build and manage regional workplace teams and third-party partners

Establish repeatable processes, vendor relationships, and budget frameworks that raise the quality bar across all events

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in workplace, employee experience, events, or a closely related field
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-site real estate and facilities operations at scale
- Strong operational mindset: you build systems, manage budgets rigorously, and hold vendors accountable
- Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams across geographies
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to define scope in a fast-moving environment
