Responsabilities:
- Oversee performance and profitability of 1 or 2 portfolios.

Prepare internal reports and analysis for review by head of risk strategy.

Document routine processes and provide support for strategy reviews.

Ensure timely achievement of KPIs for the specific countries.

Coordinate with GTM teams when rolling out new strategies

Write succinct and thoughtful documentation that explains recommendations

Use SQL and R or Python for data extraction and manipulation.

Work with Data Science to implement ML and AI models.

Use A/B Test recommendations into policies

Write detailed documentation explaining recommendations.

Own and manage risk KPIs for designated portfolios.
Qualitications:

Experience in risk strategy ideally within the fintech industry.

Proven track record in analytics

Understanding of statistical tools and methods, and experience working with large data sets.

Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.

Strong documentation and communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to key stakeholders.

Advanced Data Analysis: Expertise in using SQL, R, or Python to extract and manipulate data, create models, perform analysis, and generate forecasts.

Risk Modeling: Proficient in developing and implementing predictive models to manage and mitigate risk.
