What You’ll Do
- Welcome and guide clients—both in the showroom and through digital channels—with a consultative, no-pressure approach
- Uncover needs and match them to the right Bentley models, features, and options
- Conduct polished walkarounds, test drives, and feature presentations
- Collaborate with finance and service teams to deliver a seamless, white-glove buying experience
- Build long-term relationships through consistent, professional follow-up that drives referrals and repeat business
- Stay sharp on product knowledge, current inventory, and promotions
- Help maintain a pristine presentation of our inventory and meet performance goals
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of helping people
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a professional presence
- Comfortable using CRM tools and modern sales technology
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends)
- Prior automotive or luxury retail sales experience is a plus—but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a valuable advantage
