The Capability Head - Offensive Security is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the organization's offensive security capabilities. You will lead the development and delivery of advanced cybersecurity services, ensuring they remain aligned with evolving threats, technological advancements, and client needs. The role involves defining long-term strategies, managing service portfolios, and identifying opportunities to strengthen market positioning. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive innovation, and ensure the successful implementation and continuous improvement of security offerings. Working across business units and key stakeholders, you will translate market insights into effective solutions and sustainable growth. Accountabilities:
- Define and implement strategic roadmaps for offensive security capabilities, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and market opportunities.
- Oversee the lifecycle of security service offerings, from initial concept and development to launch, optimization, enhancement, and eventual retirement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, evolving client requirements, and opportunities for new security solutions.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of offensive security services, ensuring they remain relevant, competitive, scalable, and commercially viable.
- Manage and develop senior service management teams, overseeing resource allocation, performance, professional development, and overall team effectiveness.
- Evaluate business cases, assess investment requirements, and establish pricing models and commercial strategies for security service portfolios.
- Define minimum viable offerings and prioritize enhancement backlogs to accelerate innovation and support informed investment decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance through financial analysis, profitability assessments, and win-loss reviews, identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure consistent service delivery across relevant markets.
- Oversee the alignment of service offerings with changing market conditions through new launches, modifications, optimization initiatives, and portfolio adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership or strategic management position, preferably within a global technology services organization.
- Significant experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of managing and implementing new products, services, or service portfolios.
- Strong understanding of market segments, technology solutions, service portfolios, and product or service lifecycle management.
- In-depth knowledge of service management methodologies, product management disciplines, and relevant management tools.
- Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, including experience with business cases, pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and resource planning.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, critical analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate senior professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Good understanding of organizational transformation, change management programs, and technology-related business strategies.
- Relevant certifications, such as Scaled Agile or ITIL, are considered an advantage.
