What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage showroom visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Educate homeowners on Renewal by Andersen's premium window and door solutions
- Learn about customer needs and identify opportunities to help
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants
- Represent a nationally recognized brand with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Daytime weekday and weekend availability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a customer-facing retail showroom environment
Compensation
Expected earnings: $18-$24/hour
Compensation is based on several factors including work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and overall qualifications. Additional performance-based incentive opportunities may be available. Your recruiter can provide details regarding the compensation package during the hiring process.
