Job Description ポジション概要：新商品開発および既存品改良を通じて事業成長に貢献することを目的とし、商品コンセプトの具体化から、市場調査、他社品分析、レシピ設計、試作、官能評価、コスト検討、量産化検証、ラインテスト実施、品質確認、規格書入手、表示作成に至るまでの開発プロセス全体を、社内関係部門および外部パートナーと連携しながら、実現性と競争力を備えた商品開発を遂行する。主な業務内容 · 商品コンセプトを確認しターゲット品質を想定する · 原料調査と原料スクリーニング、また包材の選定と検証を行う · レシピ設計と試作を繰り返し、官能評価をして改良試作を行う · 殺菌や冷凍など製造条件の設定 · コスト試算やコストダウン検討を行いながら、品質・安全性・商品価値の確認 · 製造フローを作成し、製造工場へ落とし込みを行う · 包材確認、立ち上げ時の課題整理および対応を行う · 原料規格書入手を行い、表示を作成する · 随時、マーケティング、SCM、営業、品質保証、調達、サプライヤー等と連携し、案件推進に必要な調整を行う · 市場動向、競合製品、新技術に関する情報を収集・分析し、開発テーマや改善提案に活用する求める経験・スキル · R&D業務に対する高い関心と熱意を有すること · 食品に対する高い関心 · 関係部署および外部パートナーと円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力 · 課題に応じて柔軟に対応し、案件を前進させる実行力 · 指摘やフィードバックを前向きに受け止め、改善につなげられる方歓迎する経験・スキル · 食品メーカーにおける企画開発、商品開発、または食品製造の実務経験 · 商品開発プロセスに関する基礎的な理解 · 食品法令に関する知識 · 品質規格、衛生規格、包材規格に関する知識 · 素材開発または技術開発の経験 · ビジネスレベルの英語力 Location(s) Tokyo Office Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
