Company Description
Atrisa (YC P26) builds AI agents to accelerate, debug, and automate analog circuit design. Our AI copilot helps engineers design circuits, run simulations, and debug failures, shortening the path from a specification to a working design.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role in Bangalore. You'll design, analyze, and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits, and work with our software and AI engineers to bring that work into Atrisa.
- Design and simulate analog blocks, balancing performance, power, and area.
- Investigate circuit behavior, debug simulation failures, and check designs across operating conditions.
- Review schematics and layouts, and contribute to silicon validation.
- Turn practical design problems into examples and tests that help our AI tools improve.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design.
- A strong foundation in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Hands-on experience with industry EDA tools and SPICE simulation.
- The ability to reason through circuit tradeoffs and explain what is causing a design to fail.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field.
- An interest in using AI and automation in circuit design.
Experience with silicon bring-up and lab validation is a plus. We're open to visa sponsorship.
Company Description
Atrisa (YC P26) builds AI agents for analog circuit design. We are building AI that takes a circuit from specification to layout, working with the simulators and design tools engineers use today.
Role Description
Full-time, hybrid in Bangalore. Open to visa sponsorship.
- Train and fine-tune models for analog circuit design.
- Build reinforcement learning pipelines, simulation environments, reward functions, and evaluations grounded in circuit performance.
- Build agents that interact with circuit simulators and design environments, from setting up a run to interpreting results and choosing the next step.
- Build observability into agent runs. Detect and prevent failures, and design recovery paths when tools, simulations, or model decisions go wrong.
- Work with analog engineers to distill their design intuition into training data, models, and agent harnesses.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant AI / ML engineering experience, with hands-on model training or fine-tuning.
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or an equivalent framework.
- Experience building agents that call tools, manage state, and carry out multi-step tasks.
- Experience designing evaluations and debugging failures across models, data, and software.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning, reward design, or training environments is a plus.
- Experience with analog circuits, EDA tools, SPICE, or scientific computing is a plus.
