More about this role Job Specifications Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Function: Sales / Channel Development Grade: SG10 Customer Scope: Modern Trade – Cluster A People Management: Individual contributor role with no direct reports Travel: As required for customer meetings and business needs Language: Strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. My suggestions before finalizing There are three points I would validate with the hiring manager before publishing this JD. 1. Years of experience: I’ve proposed 6–8 years for SG10. This is a suggested requirement, not a confirmed Mondelēz grading standard. We could use minimum 6 years to avoid unnecessarily restricting the candidate pool. 2. Customer ownership: The original Workday description emphasizes direct customer relationships and delivering JCBPs. I’ve preserved that while adding the channel development responsibilities. We should confirm whether this person owns the customer development agenda independently or jointly with Key Account Managers. 3. Commercial responsibilities: I’ve included trade investment optimization and promotional effectiveness, but not direct ownership of customer P&L or commercial negotiations because those responsibilities haven’t been confirmed. kills No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelēz International in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan serves the Middle East and Africa markets as well as Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Canada.
