Develop and maintain technical documentation to support product development, regulatory requirements, and project milestones. Apply engineering tools such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and root cause analysis to improve product performance and manufacturing robustness. Lead project teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative environment that supports innovation, learning, and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline. 3-5 years of experience in product development, R&D, manufacturing engineering, or a related engineering environment. Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience applying quality and engineering methodologies to improve products, processes, and business outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting new product introductions, design transfer, or product lifecycle management activities. Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Total Quality Management, and risk management methodologies. Experience using engineering design, modeling, or computer-aided design tools. Exposure to medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing industries. Experience leading project teams, mentoring colleagues, or serving in a technical leadership capacity. Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and developing solutions that improve patient outcomes. Equal Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
