DCI Marketing develops retail merchandising solutions for global brands and retailers. Using consumer insights and a retail science-based methodology. The company specializes in retail environments, merchandising displays, digital merchandising, marketing programs, audit solutions, and facility image products. This position is in the DCI Marketing Data Team. As a Digital Production Engineering Intern, you’ll help keep projects organized and moving forward while learning how digital activations are built: from concept to deployment. You’ll sit at the intersection of design, development, and client needs, supporting the team with task management and day-to-day coordination. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Help Manage Projects Create and track tasks in Jira (or similar tools) Assist with timelines, deliverables, and communication between teams Sit in on sprint planning and standups to see how projects flow Support Production Assist with kiosks, apps, and games (think: a Toyota EV quiz, Ford Mustang timeline, or an Unreal Engine simulator) Document issues and follow them through resolution Pitch in on content updates and file organization Keep Things Organized Capture meeting notes, status updates, and client requests Help build simple reports that show progress and next steps Learn the Process See how our team builds apps with Angular/Electron, dashboards with Firebase, and immersive 3D experiences with Unreal Explore new trends in experiential and digital activations, and share ideas with the team What You’ll Gain: Exposure to real client work for brands like Toyota, Subaru, Ford, and Mirion Medical A front-row seat to how digital activations are built, from kickoff to deployment Mentorship from a tight-knit team of producers, designers, and developers The chance to contribute to projects that will be seen at major events and dealerships nationwide #LI-DNI WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer/Software Engineering Interest in digital media, interactive design, or app development Comfort with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana Some familiarity with web or app concepts (HTML, CSS, JS, Angular/React a plus) Organized, detail-minded, and willing to jump in wherever needed Strong communicator who enjoys teamwork *** For a rising senior (graduating in 2027), the anticipated pay rate for this role is $27.00/hour. *** Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
