The Sales Manager is an integral part of the TSE Brakes GmbH team that leads local Sales & Marketing with the following key functions: Customer Acquisition: Identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting tailored technical solutions, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. Marketing Activities: Market Mapping: Analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining an overview of competitors and customer segments. Trade Show Organization: Planning and executing participation in industry trade shows and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Marketing Material Development: Supporting the creation and distribution of technical and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team. Project Management: Leading customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, timelines, and budgets. Complaint Handling: Managing and resolving customer complaints efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. On-Site Diagnostics: Performing technical evaluations and diagnostics at customer sites to support troubleshooting and solution development.
