About the Role As a Registered Nurse at Prague House, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality nursing care in a unique homelike setting. You will use your clinical expertise to support older persons with complex physical, cognitive and mental health needs while delivering person-centred care that promotes independence and quality of life. You will provide supervision to Enrolled Nurse and Health Care Worker staff to ensure the provision of high quality care. Grow your skills in a specialist clinical environment.
