We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on IT Applications Manager (Software Solutions) to lead the development, integration, and optimization of software platforms supporting our retail, eCommerce, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in enterprise systems and programming, coupled with proven leadership experience in managing a software engineering team. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and support of business-critical systems, including Point of Sale (POS), ERP, CRM, and WMS platforms Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and business analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications Manage end-to-end delivery of web applications and internal integration solutions that streamline business operations and enhance system interoperability Ensure system integrations, data consistency, and security across platforms Maintain a hands-on role in programming, particularly in Python, and perform regular code reviews Drive internal systems integration using APIs, message queues, or middleware to ensure real-time data exchange across platforms Ensure technical documentation, best practices, and change management processes are adhered to Monitor emerging technologies and propose strategic system improvements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of relevant IT/software experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or technical lead role Strong technical expertise in Python and software development best practices Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Alicloud) Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or API integrations Proven experience with one or more enterprise systems, including: POS systems (e.g., Oracle Xstore), ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), OMS, WMS, RFID, Ecommerce (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) Experience working in retail, eCommerce, or supply chain industries Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across business and technical teams Notify us about your interest in potential future opportunities by clicking Get Started below.
