Job Description: Job responsibilities included but are not limited to: Reviews all deal sheets and contracts submitted by salespersons for all new buyers, including commissions liability, deposits, and all other pertinent information. Prepares addendums to contracts as required. Produces weekly sales summaries and other reports for distribution. Maintains contract files and purchaser databases. Receives and tracks broker registrations and licenses, and maintains all broker information files as required. Receives records and prepares deposits for submission to the escrow agent. Prepares monthly escrow reconciliations with the Project Accountant. Prepares and submits reports and backup documentation to the Project Accountant and Project Director (bi-weekly/monthly) for commission payments to both in-house and outside brokers. Reviews all purchase agreements for accuracy and completeness. Prepares deal sheets for submission to the Project Director for execution. Receives, records, and prepares deposits for submission to the escrow agent. Closing Coordination Communicates with buyers regarding impending closings. Answers all incoming inquiries regarding closing requirements. Handles financial institution inquiries regarding closing requirements. Arranges closing dates and times. Schedules purchaser walkthroughs in conjunction with the Customer Service Manager. Communicates with the attorney regarding outstanding closing issues.
