In particular, you will: Provide technical leadership to the development team, defining priorities, development approaches and engineering standards, while contributing to effort estimation and technical planning activities. Take ownership of key technical and architectural decisions, ensuring long-term scalability, maintainability, security and overall solution quality. Define, evolve and maintain the architecture of applications and systems, designing modern solutions based on microservices and distributed architectures. Establish and promote architectural principles, development guidelines and coding standards through technical reviews and engineering best practices. Lead the modernization of the technology landscape, guiding the transition from legacy systems to modern, cloud-native and containerized architectures. What skills are we looking for? At least 5 years of experience in software development within the Microsoft .NET/.NET Core ecosystem, with strong expertise in C#, enterprise applications, REST APIs, and team leadership responsibilities. Proven experience designing and evolving microservices-based and distributed architectures, with a strong focus on scalability, resiliency, and software quality. Solid experience in designing complex enterprise applications and defining modern architectural solutions. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices, including Git, CI/CD, and release automation. Good knowledge of relational databases and data modeling, along with experience modernizing legacy systems and managing technical debt. Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
