In particular, you will: Lead the DevOps governance activities within the assigned area, defining standards, processes, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and continuous platform evolution. Provide technical mentorship and support to team members, fostering their professional growth, promoting knowledge sharing, and driving the adoption of engineering best practices. Design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructures on Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, defining Infrastructure as Code solutions, automation processes, and CI/CD pipelines to support an efficient and reliable software delivery lifecycle. Collaborate with Development, Architecture, and Operations teams to improve platform quality, security, resilience, and performance, actively contributing to the most strategic technical initiatives through a strongly hands-on approach. What skills are we looking for? At least 5-6 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering roles. Strong experience in the design and management of cloud infrastructures on Microsoft Azure; knowledge of AWS is considered a plus. Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines, particularly Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Good knowledge of networking, Linux systems, infrastructure security, relational databases, and scripting languages such as Bash and Python. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical stakeholders and promote DevOps standards and best practices across the organization.
