Ihre Aufgaben: Akquisition und Betreuung von Kunden für Liquid Coatings und Ecoat in unseren Kernsegmenten in der Region DACH und Benelux Unterstützung des Außendienstes bei der kundenspezifischen Positionierung unseres Produkt- und Serviceangebots Umstellung der Kunden auf die Verwendung von neuen Technologien Beraten der Kunden hinsichtlich neuer Produktsysteme Erschließung neuer Kundensegmente Aufzeigen und Ausschöpfung vorhandener Kundenpotentiale Überwachung und Reduzierung der Außenstände Verantwortungsvoller und kostenbewusster Umgang mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Budgetmitteln Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Freude daran, Neukunden zu gewinnen, neue Märkte zu erschließen und komplexe technische Produkte beratungsorientiert zu verkaufen Erfahrung in der Coatings-, Lack- oder Chemiebranche ist von Vorteil Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Engagement Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität Sicheres, überzeugendes und zielorientiertes Auftreten in der schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikation Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den MS-Office-Anwendungen Hohe Reisebereitschaft (mindestens 60 % der Arbeitszeit) Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise Our Company: Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
