In this role, you’ll help set the tone for an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating seating flow. Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression

Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently

Coordinate seating to ensure smooth service flow between front and back of house

Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests

Assist servers and management with guest needs and special requests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
-
Monitor dining room activity and adjust seating plans as needed

Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
Skills & Requirements:

Previous host or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-volume service
