🐶 Why Work at Skiptown?
At Skiptown, we’re creating something bigger than a place for pups, we’re building a place where pups thrive, people connect, and teams support each other. Whether you're greeting guests at the front desk, leading playgroups, mixing drinks at the bar, or heading out for a home visit, you'll be part of a team that lives our values every shift.
Our P.A.W.S. core values guide how we work together:
- Pursue Results: We take pride in getting things done and doing them the right way.
- Act with Integrity: We lead with honesty and do what’s right, even when no one’s watching.
- Wow Every Time: We aim for excellence in every moment of care and service.
- Stronger Together: We lift each other up, pitch in where needed, and grow as a team.
