Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and certified Workday Scheduling Consultant to support implementation projects. The ideal candidate must have strong functional expertise in Workday Scheduling and a proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Workday Scheduling implementations.
- Configure and implement Workday Scheduling functionality based on business requirements.
- Gather requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Support data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Provide guidance on Workday Scheduling best practices and implementation methodologies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and implementation timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold an active Workday Scheduling certification.
- Must have led at least three Workday Scheduling implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Scheduling configuration and implementation.
- Proven ability to lead implementation activities independently.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment.
