In this role, you will play a key part in establishing and growing our presence in Ghana, working directly with customers and partners to bring our products to market. This is a project-based role for an initial period of one year, designed to build a strong commercial and operational foundation. Based on project success and business growth, there is a possibility to extend or convert into a longer-term role. What you’ll do As our Technical Sales Advisor, you will focus on business development and market entry in Ghana. You will: Identify and develop new business opportunities, including establishing relationships with potential distributors, partners, and fish farmers Build a strong professional network within the aquaculture industry to support long-term growth Support the introduction and positioning of Skretting products in the Ghanaian market Provide technical advice and on-site support to customers, ensuring optimal feed usage and farm performance Collect market insights and customer feedback to shape market entry and growth strategy Travel extensively within Ghana to visit customers and partners. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone ready to Own a high-impact project and grow along with the business: Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Animal Science, or a related field with an average of 3–5 years of experience Strong commercial mindset and interest in sales/business development Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a developing and unstructured market environment Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Fluent in English as well as other local languages (Twi & Ga).
