Wat ga je doen Je organiseert, plant en coördineert alle onderhouds- en reparatieactiviteiten (gepland en ongepland), inclusief preventief onderhoud. Je leidt zelfstandig CAPEX-projecten op bestaande apparatuur en productielijnen, inclusief budget, planning en uitvoering. Je geeft leiding aan een lokaal team van 5 technici en een werkvoorbereider en brengt structuur en professionalisering in de afdeling. Wie zoeken wij Bachelor diploma in engineering, food, feed of technische richting. Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in technisch management binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring met onderhoudsprocessen en CAPEX-projecten. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands én Engels. Eigenschappen: coachend, motiverend, daadkrachtig, toekomstgericht.
