Responsible for providing technical expertise with operating systems, applications, network servers, and workstations.
Responsibilities:
1. Provides technical expertise for Christie Lites systems by:
- Offering technical assistance with the following: Operating Systems: Windows 11 - Workstations: Dell, HP & Lenovo desktops & notebooks. - Applications: MS Office, SharePoint, Active Directory, Manage Engine, Druva, OneDrive.
- Responding to users requiring help with systems and applications.
- Responding promptly to Help Desk tickets submitted by employees.
- Assisting with auditing of Manage Engine Service Desk Plus ensuring that all workstations are properly listed monitoring packs loaded.
- Assist users configuring multi-factor authentication on the user’s mobile device.
- Imaging, deploying, and managing desktops, laptops, and mobile scanners.
- Recovering IT Equipment from Terminated Staff
- Configuring and installing network printers.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting on workstations, mobile devices, and printers.
- Perform software installations and upgrades.
2. Oversees on-site and remote hardware and software applications by:
- Ensuring that systems are operating effectively and identifying and resolving problems.
- Ensuring that software and hardware meet the Christie Lites specifications.
- Conducting checks of hardware and software manufacturers/developers to identify potential vulnerabilities and software updates.
- Managing remote and on-site hardware in a multi-office network
- Managing hardware and software applications at branch locations.
- Participating in the on-call rotation for after hours support.
- Performing data center tape rotations.
