T&C / Special Price / Credit / 3P / etc. Enter sales order correctly and effectively in SAP; update the status regularly eg. CRD and necessary memo remarks. PO Ordering Process Place PO to correct parties and monitor the target date for each PO. Provide accurate SOF (Sales Order Form) to each party Export Contral Review Process Pre-check on EUS (End User Statement) qualification Enter qualified Matters in Legis way Quick response on any tasks assigned including matter close in Legisway Sales Forecast Preparation Provide high quality monthly sales forecast and keep it up to date. Revenue Driven Monitor the backlog status and keep close touch with sales team, distributors, customers and factories to promise on-time delivery and revenue recognition Detect risks and propose solutions or ask for higher level support during the revenue driven Delivery Process Monitor factories delivery status and inform sales team or customer to pay in advance. Daily on-time payment check to ensure on time delivery Close loop on VAT dispatch and AR collection. Lean business Eager to learn systematic business system on lean Learn to use lean tools to improve daily work and propose process optimization ideas Reporting Good reporting skills to support business analysis is preferred.
