Your Role Acting as the bridge between technical implementation and business stakeholders, translating complex technical topics into clear communication. Decision-making authority for trade-offs within the software function, balancing scope, quality, and delivery timelines. Responsibility of Software Release delivery and quality (Software Installation Success). Establishment of Security by Design principle. Ownership and management of the Function Backlog in alignment with stakeholders. Facilitation of Sprint Planning and Sprint Review meetings, ensuring teams commit to achievable goals and deliver value consistently. Your Profile Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical complexities to diverse stakeholders. Proven track record in requirements engineering, software specification, and release management. Strong understanding of software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management. Education in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable education. Significant professional experience (8+ years) in software development and R&D environments.
