We’re looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) full- time position, who can keep the front desk running smoothly while making every pet parent feel welcome, heard and cared for.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
- Greeting pets and their humans like VIPs 🐶🐱
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and keeping the day on track
- Helping pet parents with questions, check-ins, payments and updates
- Managing records, messages and all the little details that keep the clinic running smoothly
- Supporting the medical team so appointments flow efficiently
- Keeping calm during busy moments and helping stressed pets (and humans) feel comfortable
- Being the friendly face people remember when they walk through the door
