As a Customer Success Manager at snapAddy, you make sure our customers succeed with our products - from onboarding through to the long-term growth of the partnership. You are their trusted point of contact and, at the same time, their voice within our company. - You proactively communicate with our customers to make sure they get the most out of our products and services and achieve their business goals.
- You identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
- You shape customer projects and your customer outreach with the support of modern AI tools, from the initial contact through to individual project planning.
- You use AI in your day-to-day work to become more efficient, for example for automatic summaries of your customer meetings and the analysis of customer feedback and usage data.
- You develop training materials and run trainings so your customers get the maximum value out of our products.
- You work closely with sales, support, and product so that customer issues are resolved quickly and fed back into the product.
- You keep an eye on the relevant KPIs and measure your customers' success based on data.
Our technologies
We work with HubSpot as our CRM and with AI tools that are a fixed part of our daily work - from customer outreach and the design of customer projects to automatic meeting summaries and churn prediction. On top of that, we have our own products VisitReport, BusinessCards, and LeadResearch.
You don't need to know all of these already, but you should be keen to get up to speed with tools like these.
Your profile
- An open, self-assured personality with strong self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to communicate with customers at all levels
- Interest in digital solutions and a solid basic technical understanding
- Openness to AI tools and a willingness to use them to make your daily work more efficient
- Very good German and good English skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles in a B2B environment is a plus, but not a must - career starters are also welcome
- Ideally a degree or vocational training in business informatics, communications, or the humanities. Career changers with the right mindset are just as welcome
