In this role you will serve as a key point of contact to our patients as well as insurance providers, and will help our office operate more efficiently. Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to: greeting patients, scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, collecting payments, estimating patient fees, filing documents, and other office responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional demeanor are essential. Dental experience and/or insurance experience preferred.
