WAS DICH BEI UNS ERWARTET Kundenbetreuung und Planung der Instandhaltung In dieser Rolle bist Du für unsere Kunden erste:r Ansprechpartner:in in allen Fragen rund um die Instandhaltung unserer Lokomotiven Du verantwortest den kompletten Instandhaltungsprozess von der Erfassung bis zur Dokumentation. Du koordinierst und planst die Instandhaltung in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Kund:innen, Technik-Spezialist:innen und Dienstleistern Du steuerst die Auftragsvergabe und Auftragsverfolgung mit unseren internen und externen Werkstattpartnern Darüber hinaus übernimmst Du die Überwachung der Instandhaltungsfristen auf Basis unseres ERP-Systems Durch die regelmäßigen Abstimmungen arbeitest du eng mit allen internen Schnittstellen zusammen Bitte beachte, dass die Position auf 2 Jahre befristet ist.
