WAS DICH BEI UNS ERWARTET Als Servicetechniker:in (m/w/d) im Innendienst bist Du bei Railpool für alle technischen Rückfragen rund um unsere Elektrolokomotiven zuständig. Als Teil dieses Teams bist Du für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich: Du unterstützt im Rahmen deiner ECM2-Verantwortung mit deinem Team den sicheren und effizienten Betrieb unserer Lokomotiv-Flotte Du sorgst mit Diagnosen über gängige Ferndiagnosesysteme für kurze Stillstandszeiten unserer Lokomotiven oder beugst möglichen Problemen präventiv vor Du definierst anhand der Herstellerdokumentation das passende Material und die Software für Störfälle und erstellst Austausch- und Prüfvorgaben Du führst kleinere Sonderaufgaben und Projekte rund um unsere Fahrzeuge aus Du bewertest gemeinsam mit unseren Bauartbetreuern außergewöhnliche Ereignisse im Betrieb unserer Loks WAS DU MITBRINGST Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit elektrotechnischem oder mechatronischem Hintergrund Idealerweise hast Du eine Weiterqualifikation als Techniker:in, Meister:in oder vergleichbar Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Lokomotiven ist bereits vorhanden, optimalerweise im Bereich Alstom Traxx und / oder Siemens Vectron Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen ist für Dich selbstverständlich Die Arbeit mit technischer Dokumentation macht Dir Spaß Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich (C1 Niveau) und Englisch in Wort und Schrift ist wünschenswert Deine strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise rundet Dein Profil ab Falls du an keinem unserer Standorte tätig bist, erwarten wir die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen dorthin WHAT WE OFFER YOU Work-life balance 30 days' holiday plus Christmas and New Year's Eve, flexitime, the option of up to 10 days per month for mobile working and overtime reduction create sufficient space to reconcile private and professional life.
