Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a highly organized and motivated part-time Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll support our clients by managing various administrative tasks designed to enhance productivity and streamline operations. This part-time position requires approximately 20 hours of work per week and is perfect for someone with excellent multitasking skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to work independently. Responsibilities
- Manage and Organize Leaders emails, respond to email independently only escalating high priority messages only.
- Handle data entry, document management, and maintain organized records.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist in project management by tracking progress and providing weekly status updates
- Enter and correctly categorize financial accurately then generate and provide basic reporting
- Vendor and Property management with related admin of documents
- Support personal development with regular check-ins and utilize various software tools to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and basic bookkeeping (accounting)
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and remain self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
