Job Description Desenvolvimento de projetos de elevada complexidade voltados para segurança, aumento de produtividade, redução de custos, entre outros, aliando com as metodologias de melhoria contínua e gestão de projetos; Manter atualizados os documentos operacionais, elaborando ou revisando quando houver necessidade. Atuar ativamente no processo produtivo relacionado ao suporte técnico voltado para solução de problemas. Aplicação da metodologia Six Sigma para problemas de elevada complexidade. Direcionar o time técnico e operacional na atuação e realização das ações. Validação de materiais, processos, software, MSA e equipamentos utilizados no processo produtivo, incluindo desenvolvimento de novos equipamentos. Desenvolvimento de projetos e validação garantindo o uso do CA e Pega Change Control com e interação com grupos da corporação. Como também desenvolvimento de Business Case para composição, implementação e controle do CAPEX. Utilização das metodologias de melhoria contínua adotadas na empresa (KAS, A3, Blitz, Lean Manufacurting, Six Sigma), para melhorias no processo produtivo. Participar ativamente nas investigações de causas junto à manutenção, qualidade e outras áreas suporte. Como também liderar investigações quando necessário. Atuar de modo proativo nos sistemas corporativos (MES e SAP) visando identificar causas de ineficiências de processos, propondo soluções, plano de ação e direcionamento das atividades. Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo. Cumprir com a Política da Qualidade, Segurança e Meio Ambiente e Procedimentos da BD, com foco no cliente e na manutenção e melhoria do Sistema de Qualidade e cumprimento dos requisitos regulatórios.
