Job Description Responsabilidades do cargo: Apoiar a construção e o acompanhamento do forecast em conjunto com os clientes estratégicos e a área de Supply Chain. Acompanhar os planos de pedidos e garantir o alinhamento com o planejamento acordado. Analisar indicadores de performance, como FCA e OTIF, propondo ações para melhorias contínuas. Realizar análises de dados para suportar decisões e acompanhar variações no consumo de clientes. Monitorar o fluxo de pedidos e auxiliar na resolução de problemas relacionados ao estoque ou bloqueios. Colaborar com a área comercial para alinhar estratégias e ações que atendam às demandas dos clientes. Atualizar e gerenciar dashboards e relatórios no Power BI para consolidação e compartilhamento de informações internas. Realizar visitas aos clientes para fortalecer relacionamentos e/ou identificar novas oportunidades. Participar de reuniões regulares com clientes e áreas internas para alinhamento de expectativas e análise de resultados. Apoiar na sinalização de possíveis rupturas, garantindo soluções proativas em conjunto com as áreas envolvidas. Educação e experiência: Superior Completo em Engenharia, Administração, Economia e afins. Idioma: Inglês e Espanhol básico desejável. Experiência em áreas de Supply Chain, Customer Service (Com Foco em CPFR) ou análise de dados. Habilidades: 1. Comunicação Eficaz. 2. Análise de Dados e visão analítica. 3.
