Key Performance Areas 1. Implement cost-effective manufacturing processes. 2. Manage and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals. 3. Conduct training programs to enhance team skills and productivity. 4. Enforce workplace discipline and resolve conflicts among employees. 5. Ensure all products meet company and regulatory quality standards. 6. Work closely with the quality control team to address production issues. 7. Implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality output. 8. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the production area. 9. Conduct safety training and implement risk mitigation strategies. 10. Maintain compliance with industry standards and government regulations. 11. Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement. 12. Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and production costs. 13. Analyse production data to identify areas for process improvement. 14. Prepare and submit reports on production performance and efficiency. 15. Qualification and Experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. • Knowledge of health and safety regulations. • Proficiency in production planning and inventory control
