  • Partner with Marketing, CRM, Sales, Ticketing, and Data & Analytics teams to support business requirements through scalable technical solutions and marketing automation workflows.
  • Monitor platform health, automation performance, and data quality while proactively identifying anomalies, failures, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, data flow documentation, naming conventions, and platform governance standards.
  • Recommend enhancements leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including dynamic content, AMPscript personalization, Einstein features, MobileConnect, and automation best practices.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
