Reporting to the Director of Partnership Marketing, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and executive leadership to ensure the organization has the content, tools, and programs needed to support business growth.

This role requires an exceptional writer, organized project manager, and strategic storyteller who can translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content while managing multiple priorities across a fast-moving marketing organization.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Development

  • Own the development and execution of B2B content that supports awareness, partner engagement, and sales opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a library of high-quality sales and marketing assets including:
    • Case studies
    • White papers
    • One-pagers
    • Pitch decks
    • Partner collateral
    • Website content
    • Executive presentations
    • Thought leadership articles
  • Work collaboratively with the social media team to drive Ting Labs’ LinkedIn strategy, developing content that builds B2B awareness, showcases company expertise, and engages key industry audiences.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to transform technical concepts and customer success stories into compelling, audience-focused content.
  • Ensure content remains current, accurate, and aligned with evolving business priorities.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop content and tools that help sales teams communicate value, address customer needs, and move opportunities through the sales process.
  • Maintain and organize the sales enablement library, ensuring materials are easy to find, current, and consistently updated.
  • Build scalable enablement programs that equip sales teams with the resources they need throughout the buyer journey.
  • Support ongoing sales initiatives through presentation development, proposal content, customer-facing materials, and executive communications.

Content Operations & Program Management

  • Manage the planning, prioritization, and production of content across multiple business initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional reviews, approvals, and project timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Develop repeatable processes for content creation, organization, and maintenance that improve efficiency across the marketing and sales teams.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and content roadmaps aligned with business priorities.

Events & Partner Support

  • Support industry conferences, partner meetings, and customer events through the development of presentations, collateral, signage, promotional materials, and supporting content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Provide marketing support for strategic partner initiatives and executive engagements.

Reporting & Performance

  • Monitor content performance and sales enablement effectiveness through engagement metrics, content utilization, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Track content production, library health, and enablement adoption to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to marketing leadership on content performance and program effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, sales enablement, or content strategy. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple content formats.
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials that support complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to translate technical or complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging for business audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, creative, and executive stakeholders.
