Job Description

The Regional Territory Manager – Palo Alto Product Specialist is responsible for growing Redesign’s business across an assigned territory, with a specialized focus on the Palo Alto Networks cybersecurity portfolio. This role combines territory ownership, net-new business development, and account expansion with deep knowledge of Palo Alto Networks solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong field sales experience, established market relationships, and demonstrated experience selling Palo Alto Networks technologies. This individual will work closely with customers, Palo Alto Networks, and Redesign’s sales, engineering, and services teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive customer adoption.

This role is eligible for additional performance-based compensation, such as commissions or bonuses. Specific details regarding incentive opportunities will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of customers within the Southwest region, driving both net-new business and account expansion.
  • Serve as Redesign’s regional Palo Alto Networks product specialist, developing strong knowledge of the portfolio, customer use cases, and market opportunities.
  • Identify and lead opportunities across network, cloud, endpoint, operations, AI, identity, IoT/OT, threat intelligence, and incident response security solutions.
  • Build executive-level relationships with customers and key partner stakeholders.
  • Understand customer business priorities, security requirements, and technical environments to position appropriate Palo Alto Networks and Redesign solutions.
  • Partner with Redesign engineering, services, sales, and partner teams to develop proposals and advance opportunities.
  • Work closely with Palo Alto Networks account teams and channel resources to build pipeline and coordinate account strategies.
  • Manage opportunities from discovery through close and post-sale transition while maintaining a strong customer experience.
  • Participate in customer events, partner engagements, and marketing initiatives to generate pipeline and strengthen regional presence.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, account planning, and opportunity activity within Salesforce.
  • Operate autonomously in a remote, field-based environment while remaining highly collaborative across internal teams
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% domestically for customer meetings, partner engagements, and business development activities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise or mid-market technology sales experience, with demonstrated experience selling Palo Alto Networks solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, cloud, infrastructure, or related technology solutions.
  • Ability to communicate the business and technical value of cybersecurity solutions to both executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop territory strategy, build pipeline, and drive consistent sales results.
  • Experience working within multi-vendor environments and complex customer organizations.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Palo Alto Networks certifications or formal product training.
  • Existing relationships within the assigned regional market.
  • Experience working directly with Palo Alto Networks account teams, channel partners, or distributors.
  • Familiarity with complementary technologies such as Dell Technologies, VMware, Cisco, or Rapid7.
  • Experience selling professional or managed services.
  • Established relationships with enterprise IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, or security leaders.
