Your mission
The Bikeleasing Group is one of the leading providers of company bike leasing. Through Probonio, we also offer modern employee benefits and use our brands to help shape the future of work. As a Customer Service Coordinator (gn), you’ll join our five-person Bike Contracts team. You’ll handle queries about individual bike leasing agreements and contract transfers, clarify contractual details, and work closely with employees, employers, bike retailers, leasing partners, and other customer service teams. With your empathetic, clear communication, you’ll make it that little bit easier for people to get their dream bike. Sound like a role for you?
