To support our Size & Fit team we are searching for a Junior Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office. WHAT YOU WILL DO Alongside the live model team on set produce the size & fit information for all skus assigned within your shooting list Ensure all skus in the shooting list are complete with high standards and in a timely manner Conducting proactive market and competitor research to identify industry trends and strategic opportunities Align with the other Size & Fit specialists to organize model rotation Be a source of knowledge when it comes to size & fit as well as fabrics Provide guidance to the freelancer team to ensure they are aligned with our DNA and standards Proactively flag blockers and present solutions to the Size & Fit Team Lead in order to support with consistency and precision regarding the information transmitted to our customers WHO YOU ARE 1-3 years of experience working within the Size & Fit field Bachelor degree in fashion marketing or similar Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing Knowledge of product category: Ready to wear and accessories Organized, reliable and team player Resilient with a problem solving mentality, able to work in a fast past environment English written and verbal skills Computer literate WHAT WE OFFER Up to 37 days of holiday (including ROL and festivita’ abolite), depending on the length of service, starting with 33 days Language & e-learning courses Staff discount of up to 30% Ticket restaurant Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gyms Individual support on mental health & well-being Social Day Employee Share Purchase Plan WHO WE ARE Mytheresa is one of the leading global digital luxury shopping platforms.
