WAS DU TUN WIRST Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Überwachung von Warenausgängen sowie Erledigung aller damit verbundenen administrativen Aufgaben Koordination der Versandaktivitäten mit Speditionen, dem Lager und internen Abteilungen Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Versanddokumenten sowie den dazugehörigen Labels Sicherstellung termingerechter Auslieferungen unter Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorgaben und Richtlinien Mitarbeit an Logistikprojekten zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung Pflege und Auswertung von Versand-Kennzahlen (KPIs) Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit für reibungslose Abläufe WAS DU MITBRINGST Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. ein Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik Erste fachliche Führungserfahrung ist ein großes Plus Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit ist von Vorteil Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und diplomatisches Geschick Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Tools: Jira (Ticket- & Aufgabenmanagement), ERP-Systeme (z. B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) und Microsoft Office (insb.
