3PM Supply Execution & Inventory Analyst.

$69.5K–102.1K/YR
Job Description Position Summary As part of the New Business Ventures and Third-Party Manufacturing organization, this role supports acquisitions, innovation and New-to-World brands through end-to-end supply execution across third-party manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers and customers. The Analyst executes and improves activities spanning production transactions, materials and inventory control, customer orders, deployment, shipments, service exceptions, financial controls and product lifecycle disposition. Work assignments may flex across these areas based on business priorities, workload and team capability, enabling two analysts in the role to provide cross-functional coverage and scalable support. In a hyper-care integration environment, the role combines disciplined manual intervention with analytics, process documentation and continuous improvement to strengthen service, data integrity, inventory accuracy, cost visibility and execution controls. Key Responsibilities Execute daily production, inventory, customer order, deployment and logistics activities across third-party manufacturers and the broader supply network, with assignments flexed based on business priorities. Provide visibility to production readiness and execution by reviewing production orders, schedule status, confirmations, actuals, material usage, finished goods receipts and related exceptions. Coordinate timely and accurate production confirmations, goods receipts, stock transfers, post goods issue activity and other supporting SAP transactions; resolve or escalate incomplete or incorrect activity. Create and maintain customer orders and execution data, validating quantities, dates, locations and status while coordinating resolution of order blocks, supply constraints and fulfillment exceptions. Track inbound materials, finished goods shipments, carrier milestones, inventory in transit and delivery status across suppliers, third-party manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers and customers. Perform inventory reconciliations between SAP, warehouse records and third-party manufacturer reports; investigate variances, document root causes and coordinate corrective actions. Support service recovery and supply risk mitigation by maintaining visibility to allocation decisions, shipment delays, system-to-physical mismatches and required stakeholder actions. Support month-end close and financial controls by compiling production, receipt, consumption, inventory, accrual and variance inputs and researching invoice discrepancies involving quantities, purchase orders, rates or documentation. Support inventory health and product lifecycle execution, including aging, excess and obsolete exposure, donation, disposition and required documentation for approved inventory actions. Maintain KPI and scorecard inputs related to schedule adherence, transaction timeliness, yield, inventory accuracy, order status, on-time delivery, service and cost performance. Develop analytics that connect production, inventory, order, shipment, service and cost outcomes; translate recurring drivers and risks into recommendations for planner review and continuous improvement. Document manual workflows, identify control gaps and support conversion of repeatable activities into standardized, automated cross-functional processes and systems. Operate with a one-team mindset, building cross-training and backup capability across production execution, inventory, customer operations, deployment and logistics workstreams during peak or hyper-care periods.
