Who We Are Verily Health is a data platform and technology company purpose-built to power AI-enabled precision health solutions that accelerate research and improve care for individuals and communities. Uniquely positioned at the intersection of technology, data science, and healthcare, Verily transforms multimodal health data into insights, models, and actions that make healthcare more personalized, predictive, and precise. Description The Solution Delivery Manager (SDM) bridges the gap between clients, engineering, product, and customer success teams to lead the implementation, adoption, and optimization of enterprise solutions. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business outcomes while nurturing long-term customer relationships. Work Location: Onsite at the client's location 3 days per week. Responsibilities End-to-End Delivery & Project Management: Lead the full implementation lifecycle—from initiation through deployment and support transition—managing timelines, milestones, governance, scope, and SOW alignment. Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to cultivate strong relationships with enterprise customers, executive sponsors, and C-suite stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle. Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate execution across Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, Security, and Customer Success teams without direct authority. Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring high-quality, compliant deliverables. Adoption & Strategic Communication: Define success metrics to drive customer adoption, support change management, and deliver clear status reporting and value realization to executives. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years managing enterprise customer delivery, software implementations, professional services, or complex technology programs. Customer Success: Proven track record of delivering customer-facing projects on time and building relationships across executive, operational, and technical stakeholders. Methodologies: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, software delivery lifecycles (SDLC), and technical implementation best practices. Core Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills with a consultative, collaborative, and adaptable approach. Preferred Qualifications Industry Domain: Experience within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, data analytics, or AI/ML environments, particularly working with Academic Medical Centers and health systems. Technical Depth: Experience managing enterprise implementations involving data integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and technical architectures. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent certification. Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulated environments, including HIPAA, HITRUST, GxP, or SOC 2 compliance frameworks. Tools: Proficiency with project management and productivity tools including Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
