As an SEL University Lead Instructional Designer, a typical day might include: Auditing training content and proposing a strategic learning path that students can progress through. Outlining and storyboarding a multi-day instructor-led training with subject matter experts. Creating interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise. Collaborating with video producers to create sophisticated animations. Reviewing learner feedback and evaluation data to find improvement opportunities. Partnering with managers to propose a tailored training solution that addresses specific customer needs. Exploring and sharing practical ways to integrate AI, microlearning, and emerging learning technologies. This job might be for you if you have: A degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field. A portfolio showcasing sophisticated, effective learning content in a variety of delivery formats. More than 7 years of experience developing technical training for diverse audiences and instructors.
