Job Description Job Title: Assistant Manager ACOE Reporting Line: ACOE Head Role Purpose Statement: The Assistant Manager ACOE will be responsible for development, implementation, and management of automation initiatives. He/She will work alongside the GBS & Non GBS Operations, GPOs, and Service Delivery Leads to identify these points of improvement and will work alongside the ACOE Lead to establish the initiative's case for change, outlining key inputs to creating a value case, method for value realization, and metrics that will indicate the success of the initiative. In addition, he/she will work alongside the Demand Generation and Process & Task Mining team to determine opportunities to leverage automation/enabling technologies to better streamline GBS processes and more effectively delivery customer service excellence. Job Responsibilities: Enabling the RPA solution to be developed and deployed: He/She is responsible to oversee the initial infrastructure setup for the dev, test and production environments. He/She will also explores the server and other RPA deployment options. He/She will be responsible for getting everyone on the CoE including the stakeholders to agree on the best practices to be followed. he/she makes sure that proper coding standards and guidelines are laid out. Collaborating with the Business Analyst on feasibility and optimization is undertaken. As part of the preparation he/she is also responsible to estimate the time and cost and plans on the technical meetings to be conducted during the process. He/She is responsible for identifying reusable components that can save duplicate effort and also defining how to manage configurable parameters, queues and schedules of Robots to optimize the cost and runtime. A document describing outstanding challenges is also created to log any challenges that may or may not be taken care of during the implementation. He/She will oversee the development effort being carried out to develop the component workflows and is responsible to document extra requirements after the PDD has been signed-off, he / she will mentor the developers through constant monitoring and helps in troubleshooting and debugging of the issues. He/She is the source control owner and makes sure the logging and reporting happens as per the requirements laid down. He/ She will be responsible for a timely and diligent code review and audit to ensures there are fewer bugs and the solution is compliant and robust. As part of the Monitoring and Control the solution developed and deployed is monitored and any changes needed are documented in addition to the support provided to fix any unknown issues popping out of the production environment Knowledge Skills And Experience: Significant process automation experience driving large, complex RPA automations to successful completion in a global environment. Must have completed at least 15 big end to end activities using Automation Anywhere 360 RPA platform Experience designing processes and evaluating and quantifying efficiency levers. Quick to identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capability History of successfully delivering results in a global, cross-functional environment Strong business acumen and curiosity Experience in designing SOPs , Technical Design Document and Test case documents for automations. Strong attention to detail and extensive thoughtfulness that can drive development of value cases, and track value realization. RPA Architecture Setup Knowledge RPA Development and Best Practice Team Management Cross team planning capability and coordination Problem solving capability with ability to unite different teams towards a goal Good Communication and Presentation skills Competencies: 7-10 years of work experience in solutioning and development of RPA automations using Automation Anywhere 360 RPA Platform. Engagement Competencies: Clear written and oral communication skills, Open and able to drive change, Proactive, action- and result-oriented developer High-performing problem-solver, Strategic, critical thinker, High degree of passion for establishing a customer-oriented mindset, Knowledge of organizational operations, Significant alignment to a Automation with continuous improvement-oriented mindset Technological Competencies: extensive knowledge of current enabling technologies, and process automation technologies (like Python, VB Scripting, SQL Scripting etc) Problem solving, Solutioning Attitude, Communicating for Impact, strive to enable self – sustaining automations. Experience in Root cause analyses, Options Identification, and evaluation. Familiarity with SAP and Web based automations and other systems. Solid understanding of data analysis and visualization principles. Ability to troubleshoot and debug RPA issues efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy. Good understanding of data management and database principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear manner. Experience in Power automate will be added advantage.
