Job Description Objective: Responsable de liderar la estrategia comercial y la relación con los principales clientes (OXXO), asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio (GSV, NSV, CMA) y el desarrollo sostenible de las cuentas. Lidera un equipo de coordinadores para garantizar la ejecución impecable de las estrategias comerciales, alineadas con las prioridades de la compañía y del cliente. Key Activities/ Deliverables: · Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial integral, con visión de 3-5 años. · Liderar la relación con los tomadores de decisión clave en los clientes. · Supervisar y desarrollar al equipo de coordinadores, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos del negocio. · Presentar y negociar JBP’s, planes promocionales y acuerdos comerciales. · Asegurar la rentabilidad de las cuentas, gestionando el P&L, inversión y flujo de cartera. · Coordinar con áreas internas (Marketing, Trade, Logística, S&OP, Finanzas) para garantizar un servicio 360° al cliente. · Analizar información de mercado y desempeño para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento. · Supervisar la ejecución en punto de venta: precios, catálogo, lanzamientos, descatalogaciones · Asegurar la correcta planeación de ventas y forecast por categoría y SKU. Competencies (experiences/ Education): Experiencia en puesto similar o del ramo comercial (Ventas Key accounts) 8 años Titulados en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas o similar. Deseable máster en Business Administration (MBA), o máster en Comercio y Marketing. Ingles avanzado.
