At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology. 岗位简介 本岗位为 CAE仿真应用工程师（售前售后一体化），负责 MSC Marc 非线性结构仿真 全流程技术支持，覆盖售前方案、Demo测试、客户落地、售后技术服务、项目实施、培训答疑。 主要服务新能源电池、汽车结构、复合材料、塑胶结构、微电子封装、通用机械客户，愿意长期深耕CAE软件应用的工程师。 工作职责 一、售前技术支持 1. 对接客户结构仿真需求，完成需求拆解、工况分析、方案匹配。 2. 独立完成 MSC Marc 常规非线性算例 Demo、POC 测试、Benchmark、可行性验证。 3. 输出技术方案、仿真对比报告、技术应答文档、招投标技术资料。 4. 参与客户技术交流、技术宣讲、产品演示、方案汇报。 二、售后技术应用支持 1. 负责客户日常软件使用答疑、建模指导、报错排查、求解调试。 2. 协助客户完成大变形、接触、塑性、热机耦合、蠕变、残余应力、结构肿胀、装配应力等常规非线性项目落地。 3. 负责客户软件培训、上机指导、案例教学、技术赋能。 4. 跟进客户项目进度，解决应用卡点，保障客户仿真正常落地使用。 三、技术沉淀与案例开发 1. 积累行业标准仿真案例：电池结构、极片膨胀、塑胶非线性、复材结构、封装热应力、振动疲劳等。 2. 整理标准化操作流程、常见问题库、最佳实践文档。 3. 配合团队完成产品推广、行业技术素材更新。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上，力学、机械、车辆、航空航天等相关专业。（985/211学校毕业优先） 2. 掌握 MSC Marc 基础至中级应用能力，熟悉有限元基本理论。 3. 熟练掌握常规非线性仿真场景： ◦ 材料非线性（塑性、超弹、蠕变） ◦ 几何非线性（大变形、大旋转） ◦ 接触非线性（面面接触、摩擦、过盈装配） ◦ 热-结构耦合、应力应变分析、结构变形与失效分析 4. 能够独立完成建模、网格、材料、边界条件、求解设置、结果后处理、报告输出。 5. 沟通顺畅，具备客户对接能力，学习能力强，愿意长期深耕CAE应用技术。 6. 英语读写听说流畅 优先加分项 1. 有电池结构、复材结构、塑胶产品、电子封装仿真经验。 2. 了解 Digimat 复合材料多尺度仿真、纤维取向映射优先。 3. 会使用 Nastran/Dytran/Patran/Ansa任意一款CAE软件。 4. 有工业软件技术支持、应用工程师、仿真项目落地经验。N/A We’re doing work that matters.
