This senior role doesn’t fit neatly into a box
It combines customer success, delivery, and program management in a technical environment, with overlap into product and business.
We’re looking for someone experienced in IT or technology projects to work closely with our Chief Product Officer and take ownership of our most important customers.

Understand the customer, know what’s happening across teams, spot problems early, and keep things moving.
The client should always know where things stand and feel confident they can rely on us.
To be successful in this role, you will
- be the primary point of contact for selected key clients
- connect customers with Product, Engineering, and Support
- take ownership of integrations, deployments, and ongoing operations
- maintain a clear overview of projects, tickets, commitments, dependencies, and risks
- lead regular client communication, including weekly syncs
- make sure decisions and next steps have clear owners and don’t get lost between teams
- go beyond individual requests to understand the customer’s needs and context
- bring relevant customer insights back to Product and help turn them into improvements
You’ll be a good fit if
- you bring strong experience in Customer Success, Delivery, Technical Account Management, or Program Management
- ownership comes naturally to you, along with the drive to move things forward
- working with demanding enterprise clients and senior stakeholders feels natural
- asking good questions and going beyond simply forwarding requests is part of how you work
- bringing structure to complex situations and multiple moving parts is one of your strengths
- technical contexts are familiar territory, and you’re comfortable working with Product and Engineering
- clear, proactive communication comes naturally, especially when things don’t go to plan
- the status quo isn’t enough; you naturally look for ways to make things work better
- AI is already part of how you work and become more effective
- you’re a Czech or Slovak speaker with fluent English (C1+), and comfortable using it every day
What it’s like to work in this role
- close interaction with global clients (US + Europe)
- communication across time zones (some calls are between 14:00–19:00 CET)
- high level of autonomy in organizing your work
- opportunity to travel and meet clients internationally, including people you wouldn’t normally get the chance to meet
- based in Prague 6 (we prefer regular onsite presence, at least 3× a week)
- full-time (employment or contractor)
- compensation based on experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
- ideally available sooner rather than later; but we’re happy to wait for the right person
What really matters in this role
You don’t need to have all the answers. You need to know what’s happening, what matters, and what needs to happen next.
When something falls between teams, you help get it resolved.
Above all, the customer should feel they’re in capable hands, no matter how complex things get.
