Solve real problems. Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems, and find the root cause, not just the symptom.
Take care of the customer. You'll walk homeowners through their options so they can make confident decisions about their home comfort. No pressure, just honest recommendations.
Do it right the first time. Clean work, accurate paperwork, and a truck that's stocked and organized so you're not chasing parts.
Help build Kingman. A growing branch needs techs who set the standard. Your work and your reputation will help make us the name Kingman trusts.
Be part of the team. Work closely with dispatch, management, and our install crews. Take your turn in the on-call rotation like everyone else.
Keep getting better. We run our own in-house training academy, and our apprenticeship program has been recognized by the State of Arizona. If you want to grow, we'll invest in you.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available
Up to $5,000, paid in installments at hire, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Journeyman technicians with 5+ years of experience qualify for the full bonus. A reduced bonus may apply for less experience.
